Since its formation in 1984, Kantor Concert Management & Public Relations has performed many varied services in the field of classical music for a host of distinguished orchestras, artists, festivals and organisations in the UK. Professional duties have included concert management, publicity, public relations, personal management, PA and secretariat facilities.

Concert Management

We undertake full management for concerts in all the major London venues for classical musicians from the UK and abroad. The work includes booking and liaising with concert venues, compilation of programme notes and biographies, design and printing of leaflets and programmes, advice on relevant advertising schemes and dealing with sponsors. Tailor-made media releases, accompanied by leaflets, can be mailed out to all relevant music publications, arts editors, music journalists, critics, radio and TV contacts, tourist and other outlets, and followed up where necessary.

Publicity and Public Relations

We offer long and short-term publicity and PR services in the UK for musicians, orchestras, record companies, festivals, art schools, arts projects and special events. The service includes preparation and mailing of press releases, liaising with the media for interviews, arrangement of press conferences, staging of photocalls, etc.

Secretariat Facilities
